Marble is a natural stone with unique variations in color, veining, and porosity. Before shipping, each piece undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure its optimal condition. However, once delivered, we are not responsible for stains, damage, or alterations caused by use, handling, or exposure to substances that affect its appearance.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your marble, follow these recommendations:

1. Daily cleaning:
- Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and neutral soap.
- Dry immediately to avoid water spots.
- Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners such as vinegar, lemon, or ammonia.

2. Stain protection:
- Apply a specialized sealant periodically.
- Clean up spills immediately to avoid permanent stains.
- Use coasters and tablecloths on the surface.

3. Preventing scratches and wear:
- Do not drag heavy or sharp objects across the marble.
- Place felt or protectors on the base of furniture and decorations.
- Do not use metal sponges or abrasive products.

4. Care according to the type of marble:
- Polished: More prone to stains and scratches, requires more maintenance.
- Aged or matte: Hides marks better, but requires regular sealing.

5. Periodic maintenance:
- Apply special wax or shine products to preserve its appearance.
- For stubborn stains or wear, consider professional cleaning.

We want to ensure that you receive your table in perfect condition and with complete comfort. That's why assembly is included in the price, provided delivery is made to the ground floor or an apartment accessible by elevator.

If access requires carrying the table up stairs or other means due to a lack of an elevator or because the piece does not fit in it, an additional fee of €250 will be applied for special handling.

We recommend checking the dimensions of your access points before delivery to avoid additional costs. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will assist you.
Once the product is delivered, we are not responsible for stains, damage, or alterations resulting from use, installation, or handling.

1. Deadline and requirements
- You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged, and protected for transport.

2. Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture according to customer specifications.
- Items with signs of use, dents, scratches or alterations after delivery.
- Products without adequate protection for collection, avoiding damage during transport.

3. Return process
- Send a request to [contact email] with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will coordinate the collection of the product.
- After verifying the condition of the item, we will issue the refund (excluding shipping and collection costs).

4. Return costs
- If the return is not due to a product defect, the collection costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or an order error, we will cover the collection and replacement costs.
